Keywords:High pressure bypass valve for steam turbine
HP964Y series and LP964 series high and low pressure bypass valves
Product Usage
The design of this series of valves is based on the most advanced international design concepts and combined with actual domestic usage conditions. After years of exploration and research and development, the valves have flexible movements, high adjustment sensitivity, and good atomization effect of cooling water, fully meeting the design requirements.
At present, the high-pressure bypass valve developed by our company has a maximum working temperature of 550 ℃ and a maximum working pressure of 17MPa. The flow rate can be designed according to user needs.
Structural characteristics and working principle
The valve adopts a forged welding structure as a whole to ensure the service life of pressure bearing components.
According to different operating conditions, this series of high-pressure bypass valves can achieve a maximum of three adjustable pressure regulation structures. The up and down movement of the valve disc can simultaneously change the flow area on the upper and lower throttle covers and the valve disc, ensuring synchronous pressure regulation of the three stages.
The connection between the valve stem and valve disc adopts the design scheme of auxiliary valve disc and balance hole, which ensures that the valve has sufficient sealing reliability (theoretically can achieve zero leakage), and does not require increasing the opening and closing torque of the valve, which has good practicality.
The structure of the forced atomization nozzle ensures that the cooling water is quickly atomized by the high-pressure and rapidly flowing steam when entering the valve body, ensuring good cooling effect and no accumulation of water.
This series of valves can be designed as angular or Z-shaped structures according to customer needs, as shown in the following figure.
The transmission device of the valve has three types to choose from: electric, pneumatic, and hydraulic.
